Bonita Grande Dressage LLC is located on 5 acres in Bonita Springs, about 5 min from I 75 and 10 min from the heart of Bonita.
The barn has 9 12*12 stalls, every stall has a drain system and is matted, the concrete walls are matted as well. Divider walls are made of puck board (same board is used in ice skating rings) the board is easy to clean, and soft to the kick, but virtually indestructible. There are air-conditioned feed and tack rooms. The barn is laid out to withstand 150 MPH, has storm shutters or rollup gates on all openings. It is build to be fire resistant The 14 ft. aisle way with big openings on both sides, as well as an open copula, the roof ventilation system makes this a cool barn year round.
Hay, Shavings, Tractor and equipment is stored in a separate 30*30 building, for more safety.
The entire property is fenced with a 6 ft chain link fence and has a roll gate.
An asphalt road leads into the property, all the parking areas are pavered.
The 7 grass paddocks are cross fenced with 5 strands of plastic coated electric wire, a sprinkler system makes them green year round
Caretakers are living on site. 
Birgitt Dagge has more then 30 years of experience in owning and showing horses. Most of that time she has managed her own barn.
The ring is 20*60 meters, with one short side having mirrows
It has a solid lime rock base, that was rolled by heavy equipment to be as firm as possible, on top of that is a small layer of lime, and the footing consists of screened sand.
The ring has a drainage system, so even after severe rain it is ride able and not slippery.
There is a sprinkler system for the ring.
